We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with a minimum 24 hour notice. If a session is cancelled within 12-24 hours of the appointment time, the client may be charged 50% of the cost of service. If a session is cancelled in less than 12 hours of the appointment time or is a no-call/no-show, the client may be charged 100% of the cost of service. Please communicate as soon as possible if you will be late. Appointments that start late will end according to schedule so other appointments are not affected. Which payment types do you accept?
A credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment - but you will not be charged anything until after your appointment. After your session, cash is preferred, but Venmo or Cash App are also accepted. HOW MUCH SHOULD I UNDRESS FOR MY MASSAGE?
You can undress to your comfort level. You will always be covered with a sheet and only areas being massaged will be uncovered. It's important to note that it is easier for a massage therapist to work without underwear in the way for lower back and glute work. |
